  Chargebee says dunning starts before the decline. On Whop you get five days.

  Chargebee published a dunning guide arguing that most billing tools start at the retry and leave recoverable revenue on the table. Whop already runs the retry for you, over a fixed five-day window, which changes which parts of that advice you can act on.

  Whop shipped native free trials. The hard part starts on day 14.

  Whop now supports free trials on any app or website checkout. Adding one is a settings change. Converting the people who take it is a retention problem, and it starts before the trial ends.
