ChurnGuard is built exclusively for Whop, not adapted from another platform. We integrate directly with Whop's API and webhooks. The health scoring algorithm looks at four factors: payment history, engagement, tenure, and plan value. The same four factors hold for any community type, whether you run a course, a trading group, or a Discord-first product.

Scores are a weighted composite, never a black box: payment history (35%), engagement (30%), tenure (20%), plan value (15%). Every member's profile shows the factor breakdown, so you can see a score is 42 because of two failed payments and twelve silent days, plus their 7 and 30-day trend. Scores refresh daily, a fast slide triggers its own alert, and webhooks flag failed payments and scheduled cancellations the moment they happen.

Yes. ChurnGuard sends personalized Discord DMs to at-risk members who share a server with our bot or have DMs open. DMs land where members already check daily, so they tend to be seen faster than email. We include pre-built templates, track delivery status, and fall back to email if a DM bounces.

Upgrade to a paid plan starting at $29/month, or do nothing. If you don't upgrade you get 7 days of read-only access to your data, then your account pauses. We retain your data for 90 days so you can resume later.

API keys and connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never see your payment card details, only transaction status through the Whop API. Data lives on Supabase with row-level security per company. You can request full deletion at any time.
